An AI-assisted content system designed to scale premium Cadillac assets without sacrificing craft.
Cadillac's Evergreen initiative required a flexible visual library that could support multiple campaigns, formats, and channels over time. The challenge was to create a workflow capable of producing premium post-produced imagery at volume while maintaining realism, material accuracy, and Cadillac's elevated brand standards-while also reducing production time and cost.
The solution was a hybrid production model where AI supported, rather than replaced, traditional creative craft. I led the creative direction and strategic design of the workflow, defining quality checkpoints, visual standards, and decision frameworks for when backgrounds or environments should be enhanced with AI versus refined manually. Prompt development was used to preserve brand consistency and composition continuity, while retouchers polished transitions, corrected imperfections, and elevated realism. Final assets were then upscaled and optimized for both digital and print-ready outputs.
"Where automation met art direction, and scale met standards."
The final system proved that efficiency and premium quality can coexist.
The Evergreen library delivered a versatile set of reusable, high-quality assets that could be adapted across multiple channels and future campaigns. The process reduced production timelines and costs, increased visual variety, and maintained brand consistency at scale. More importantly, it demonstrated that AI-led scalability and high-end creative standards are not opposites when guided by strong creative leadership.
